About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Line Cook and help deliver high‑quality dishes to our guests. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting a collaborative crew while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare high‑quality food by accurately following recipes and procedures.
Manage an assigned station efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, including assisting with dishwashing as needed.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and any incidents promptly.

Required profile

High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot and cold conditions.
Must be at least 16 years old (18 years to operate certain equipment) with effective communication skills.
