Line Attendant – Food Production

About the role

The Line Attendant works within NationsMarket’s health solution to produce quality food products for NationsBenefits members. The role requires high energy, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions in a sanitary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and pack finished goods.
• Inspect products, reject or repair sub‑standard items, and record waste.
• Notify supervisors of quality issues, ingredient problems, or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain product flow on conveyors, label and re‑box items as directed.
• Assist in training new line attendants and keep the work area clean.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, GMP and company safety regulations, using required PPE.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of related experience; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work quickly with hands.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations (subtracting two‑digit numbers, multiplying/dividing by tens and hundreds).
• Team‑oriented attitude and professional interaction with co‑workers.

• Basic literacy to comprehend simple instructions and product labeling.
