Licensed Outpatient Clinician

About the role

Quintessential Health seeks licensed clinicians to deliver evidence‑based outpatient mental health services. The role combines telehealth and in‑person therapy at a newly curated office in the Shops at Valley Square.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based treatment to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes, develop measurable treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in an EMR system.
• Offer supervision, training, and mentorship to practicum students and interns.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Active professional license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).
• 2+ years of clinical experience; commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Successful completion of background, FBI, and child‑abuse clearances.

Required skills

• Proficiency with evidence‑based therapeutic practices.
• Experience using video‑conferencing platforms for telehealth.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
