About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a federally supported residential youth program in Puxico, Missouri. The clinician will work on‑site, providing direct mental health services to young adults aged 16‑24 and supporting their transition to independent living.

Key responsibilities

Deliver individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students in dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, and counseling spaces.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
Provide oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
Support student development, emotional well‑being, and crisis intervention as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

Active licensure in Missouri as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of one year experience delivering mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
