Licensed Clinician for Youth Residential Program in Clearfield, UT

About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program in Clearfield, Utah. The program serves young adults aged 16‑24, focusing on preparing participants for employment and independent living.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
• Engage with students throughout residential areas, including dormitories, recreation spaces, dining facilities, and counseling rooms.
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.
• Offer oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
• Support student development, emotional well‑being, and intervene in crises as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while upholding professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Active licensure in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
