About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program serving ages 16‑24 in Chadron, Nebraska.

Key responsibilities

Deliver individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students throughout residential areas such as dormitories, recreation and dining facilities.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
Provide oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
Support student development, emotional well‑being, and crisis intervention as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

Active Nebraska licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP).
Minimum one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
