Legal Assistant – Investigations

About the role

Zinda Law Group is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to support investigative work on personal injury and wrongful death cases. The role blends on‑site inspections, witness interviews, and detailed reporting to help attorneys build stronger client cases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on active investigations.
• Inspect accident scenes, vehicles, and physical evidence.
• Locate, interview, and document statements from witnesses.
• Conduct background checks and research using online databases and social media.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and scene diagrams.
• Travel as needed for inspections, interviews, and evidence collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
