Leasing Professional – Yardly Ellenton

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our single‑family community in Yardly Ellenton. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets through proactive prospect engagement and smooth move‑in processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
