Community Manager – Yardly Ellenton

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Yardly Ellenton single‑family property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and other regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to set rent rates and forecast performance.
• Collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts, and coordinate with accounting.
• Maintain petty cash, control expenditures within approved limits, and oversee lease enforcement including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions and fee collection.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential property operations, preferably single‑family or multi‑family assets.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on budgetary performance.
