Leasing Professional – Wardman Park (Lease Up)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead the lease‑up phase for the Wardman Park community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
