Resident Maintenance Manager – Aerie & Zephyr

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Resident Maintenance Manager to lead customer support and maintenance coordination for the Aerie & Zephyr community at Wardman Park. You will be the primary liaison between residents, the maintenance team, and community management, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to achieve resident satisfaction and retention goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for service requests, delivering timely updates and explanations of work scope.
• Conduct follow‑up outreach within 24 hours of request completion to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of apartment systems, appliances, and common repairs to communicate diagnoses and timelines.
• Educate residents on proper use of thermostats, appliances, smart‑home technology, plumbing fixtures, and other amenities.
• Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Community Management teams to schedule appointments and address concerns proactively.
• Develop and distribute resident communications about maintenance projects, outages, preventative programs, and emergencies.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to handle multiple resident inquiries.
• Experience in property or facilities management preferred.
