Leasing Professional - Villas at Gateway

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Villas at Gateway community to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, schedule maintenance as needed, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and internet marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographics.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents before move‑out dates, and ensuring timely signing.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing positions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools like Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.

What we offer

• Hourly pay range $18.00 – $20.00.
