Leasing Professional – The Boulevard at Town Lake

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Boulevard at Town Lake community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
• Knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
