Assistant Community Manager – The Boulevard at Town Lake

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at The Boulevard at Town Lake. The role focuses on the financial and operational aspects of the community, ensuring accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite property management software, entering data accurately and maintaining system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting.
• Follow established eviction procedures, represent the community in court hearings, and manage resident move‑out processes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual able to handle multiple financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to support the Community Manager in both operational and financial tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
