Leasing Professional – Parq 170 Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Parq 170 community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, using internet tools, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show unit quality through daily inspections, merchandising, and coordination with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, taking action or escalating as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Ability to conduct credit and background screenings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for resident interaction.
