Leasing Professional – Midtown 5

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Midtown 5 community in Miami. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for tours and leasing negotiations.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and apartment inspections.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
