Leasing Professional – High‑Rise Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a stabilized high‑rise community of 528 units in Miami. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect qualification to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage renewal strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute leasing and renewal campaigns.
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets while working a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a high‑rise, stabilized community.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends as needed.
