Leasing Professional – Garden Community (Reva)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead all leasing activities for the Reva garden‑style community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience from inquiry through move‑in and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain a flexible schedule of Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and manage a fast‑paced leasing environment.
• Willingness to work a schedule that includes rotating weekends.
