Community Manager – Encore Echo

About the role

The Community Manager for Encore Echo will oversee the daily operations of a mid‑rise, lease‑up property of 175 units in Fort Myers. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures financial performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction while supporting the property’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Encore Echo property, including team coordination, daily activities, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to budget development by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Achieve targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, posting payments, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals; conduct apartment inspections; issue notices; process evictions; and collect late fees as permitted.
• Monitor market and economic trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
