Leasing Professional for Kapilina Beach Homes

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Kapilina Beach Homes. You will help drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience in leasing or related customer‑facing roles.
• Eligible for commission or monthly incentive program.
• Valid Hawaii Real Estate license.
• Preferred familiarity with Yardi/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
