About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Alta Cypress Springs community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing processes and resident engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
- Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
- Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
