About the role
The Leasing Professional at Citrus Court will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to lease renewals, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets through effective leasing.
- Conduct tours, process applications, and finalize lease agreements for new residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms.
- Secure lease renewals and manage renewal processes.
- Collaborate with residents, prospects, vendors, and internal teams.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of leasing experience (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Professional interaction with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with property management software (preferred).
