Leasing Professional – Amazon Falls Community

About the role

This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals. It handles all leasing activities, ensures resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and secures lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and lead apartment tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Provide a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience or a strong can‑do attitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
