Leasing Manager – The Flats at East Bank

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for The Flats at East Bank, driving revenue and occupancy targets while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales efforts, set rent pricing, and manage inventory of ready apartments.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including creative pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communications, and move‑in procedures.
• Supervise leasing team members, handling hiring, training, and performance management.

Required profile

• All required state and local licenses/certifications and a valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
