Leasing Manager – Porter Mar Vista Student Living

About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead the Porter Mar Vista student‑living community, overseeing all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
- Manage on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations and guide leasing team members.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect occupancy and sales.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy levels.
