Leasing Manager – Next on Lex/Brio

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, sales activities and the leasing team for a stabilized 699‑unit community, driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, set rent pricing, manage concessions and monitor daily leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, using print, internet and technology tools to generate traffic and leases.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure ready units meet standards, create merchandising displays and promote the community to prospects.
• Participate in the leasing process: qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, oversee move‑ins and manage lease renewals.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify performance issues and present findings to owners and managers.
• Supervise leasing staff: recruit, train, evaluate performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Required skills

• Strong leasing and sales background.
• Experience with resident escalation management and customer service.
• Proficiency in property management software for reporting and analytics.
