Leasing Manager – Aventerra

About the role

The Leasing Manager for the Aventerra community leads marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities while managing on‑site traffic and inventory of ready apartments.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing reports to identify performance issues and present strategies to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communications, and move‑out assistance.
• Supervise leasing team members through hiring, training, and performance management.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing positions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional travel to other properties.
