Leasing Consultant – Everleigh Palm Desert

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for Everleigh Palm Desert by guiding prospects through the leasing process and supporting residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute marketing activities, events and referral programs to generate traffic and leads.
• Utilize the property management software and CRM to track availability, record prospect data and analyze leasing metrics.
• Maintain show units to Greystar standards, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure a welcoming leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours, document interactions, and support lease renewals using the AA renewal playbook.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, resolve issues, and provide courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator on event setup and community outreach.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, leasing, marketing or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to read and explain legal documents.
• Basic mathematical ability for processing sales conversions and financial reports.
