Leasing and Marketing Manager – Student Living

About the role

The Leasing and Marketing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for The Vanguard student living community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market analysis.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and manage the leasing process from prospect qualification to move‑in.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain community appearance and safety, and create merchandising displays for units.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing reports to identify performance issues and present findings to owners and managers.
• Manage lease renewal programs and resident communications.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate the leasing team.
