Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and coordination of learning, leadership development, and talent management programs across the organization. You will partner closely with HR colleagues and regional leaders to ensure initiatives meet business needs and drive employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of learning, leadership development, and talent management programs for the region.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and local leaders to understand requirements and tailor learning solutions.
• Prepare and facilitate training sessions for HR partners, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end leadership development programs, including nominations, cohort planning, communications, scheduling, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Create and maintain training materials, program resources, Teams channels, SharePoint sites, forms, trackers, and manager guides.
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective program delivery.
• Share best practices with other HR functions and Talent Management teams to continuously improve programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR program coordination.
• Proven experience supporting learning programs, leadership development initiatives, or competency models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across the organization.
