Lead Stylist (Key Holder) – Retail Sales

About the role

The Lead Stylist (Key Holder) at Levi's® in the Cincinnati Premium Outlets will drive sales, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Coach and train team members on selling behaviors, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Maintain product flow to the floor, handle inventory, and ensure visual standards are met.
• Lead a positive, engaging shopping experience while driving key initiatives.

Required profile

• Must comply with all Levi's® store policies and follow management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 + required.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation and ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
