Lead Stylist

About the role

The Lead Stylist works under the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional Levi’s experience for every customer. You will combine product knowledge, current fashion trends, and omni‑channel tools to inspire shoppers and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest looks that align with the latest trends and promotions, and promote the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment while adhering to store policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns, partner with management on escalated issues, and coach staff on LS&CO selling practices.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and adopt new in‑store technologies.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking and other physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
