Lead Packaging Agent

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Packaging Agent to oversee the packaging operations of its cannabis products. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday, 7:15 am‑3:30 pm, ensuring product quality, compliance, and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by management, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Detect errors, communicate issues to supervisors, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Create and prioritize Production Work Orders (PWOs) and understand delivery schedules.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of packaging staff.
• Collect samples, perform quality tests, and print compliance labels.
• Stage exterior packaging, read reports, and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from the workspace to storage areas.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment (2‑3 years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to train, lead, or mentor junior staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
