Lead Packaging Agent – 2nd Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Packaging Agent for the 2nd shift to oversee packaging operations in our Fall River facility. This role combines hands‑on packaging work with team leadership to ensure product quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by management, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Detect errors, communicate issues to supervisors, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Create and manage Production Work Orders (PWOs) and prioritize work accordingly.
• Lead, motivate, and train junior staff or new hires.
• Collect samples, perform quality tests, and print compliance labels.
• Stage exterior packaging, read reports, and ensure a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from the workspace to storage areas.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment (2‑3 years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to train, lead, or mentor junior staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on PWOs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and compliant work area.
