Lead Finance Programs & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a future‑focused Lead of Finance Programs & Operations to architect and run a next‑generation finance department. Reporting to the Director of Finance Programs & Operations, you will drive operational efficiency, modernize finance processes with AI and automation, and steward our Target Operating Model.

Key responsibilities

• Shape lean, scalable finance processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and startup agility.
• Identify and implement AI, machine learning, and automation solutions to accelerate reporting and decision‑making.
• Maintain and update the Joint Venture’s Target Operating Model, tracking KPIs and organizational targets.
• Lead cross‑functional strategic projects, bridging IT requirements with financial needs, and oversee ICFR/ITGC frameworks.
• Partner with FP&A to turn raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of using technology (AI, RPA, advanced ERP) to solve finance challenges.
• Strong understanding of financial IT architecture and ability to communicate with both developers and accountants.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills for managing complex targets and operating models.
• Effective communicator who can present innovative ideas to senior leadership.
