Lead Content Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead Content Manager to oversee the creation, editing, and testing of text datasets for its AI-driven social discovery products. The role is fully remote and supports a global, digitally nomadic team.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and review existing text datasets.
• Create new text datasets for model training.
• Test new versions of the conversational bot.
• Perform data annotation and labeling tasks.
• Produce additional creative content as needed.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Experience editing text‑based datasets.
• Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training.
• Ability to independently establish style, tone, explicitness, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify dataset, prompt, or model issues.
• Deep understanding of audience dynamics, including conversation mechanics such as flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention.
