Lead Agilist – Agile Squad Coach (Onsite, Cincinnati)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Agilist to empower Agile squads in Cincinnati, OH. You will guide teams to adopt Scrum, foster continuous improvement, and deliver business value through servant leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Agile squads on Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Mentor Product Owners and Development Teams in effective backlog management.
• Identify and remove impediments, promote self‑organization and cross‑functionality.
• Build a trusting environment for collaborative problem solving and risk identification.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
