Lead Agent Experience Manager

About the role

Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for a highly organized, client‑focused Lead Agent Experience Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement of its proprietary Home Platform. This full‑time, on‑site role supports both East Side and Downtown offices in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead at least one direct report (Agent Experience Manager) to meet adoption goals and deliver exceptional agent support.
• Partner with the Product Lead to execute adoption strategies that drive long‑term engagement and meet key metrics.
• Monitor adoption trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to increase Home platform utilization.
• Provide 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training sessions to promote platform adoption.
• Coach agents on self‑serving within Home, including marketing material creation and listing optimization.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding team to welcome new real‑estate agents.
• Answer day‑to‑day questions, troubleshoot issues, and hold regular office hours for agent support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training, sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to coach agents of diverse skill levels.
• Strong presentation skills for both small groups and larger sales meetings.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding scorecard goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms.
