About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program serving ages 16‑24 in Collbran, Colorado. This part‑time contract role involves up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with flexible scheduling to meet program needs.

Key responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students in dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, and counseling spaces.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
Offer oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group sessions.
Support student development, emotional well‑being, and crisis intervention.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while upholding professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

Active licensure in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
