About the role

The second‑shift Laundry Attendant works from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. to ensure all linens and garments are cleaned, dried, and prepared for use while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

Sort laundry by color, fabric, and type, then load washers with appropriate detergents.
Transfer washed items to dryers, set correct temperatures, and monitor drying cycles.
Fold, hang, or package cleaned items for distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laundry area.
Track inventory of detergents, bleach, fabric softeners, and ensure equipment is functioning.
Assist customers with requests, questions, and complaints.

Required profile

Physical ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and handle carts.
Technical knowledge of laundry equipment and fabric care settings.

Required skills

Operation of commercial washers and dryers.
Use of irons and steamers.
Basic troubleshooting of laundry machines.
