LATAM Recruiter – Remote (Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support talent acquisition across LATAM markets. The role is fully remote, covering Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Colombia, and operates Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Manage a high‑volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement via calls, messaging and email.
• Present and manage offers, including candidate communication and negotiation support.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Bullhorn ATS and VMS (Fieldglass/Beeline).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries, preferably light industrial or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Bullhorn (ATS) or similar recruiting platform.
• Workday or comparable HR system.
• Fieldglass or Beeline VMS platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite.
