Large Enterprise Sales Director – Michigan & Indiana

About the role

Semperis is seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Director to drive growth across Michigan and Indiana. The role owns the market, building the company’s presence and leading enterprise‑level conversations to secure new and expansion business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the large‑enterprise sales strategy across the territory, generating pipeline through direct prospecting and partner engagement.
• Develop and nurture senior relationships with C‑suite and cross‑functional stakeholders, guiding complex deals from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with channel, alliance, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to move opportunities forward and expand reach.
• Apply the MEDDPICC methodology for qualification, deal strategy, forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Represent Semperis at industry events, customer forums and executive engagements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security or related technology solutions.
• Proven track record of winning complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to large organizations in the United States, with ability to travel across Michigan and Indiana.
• Strong prospecting, market development and territory‑planning capabilities.
• Self‑leadership and ability to operate autonomously in a high‑growth environment.
