About the role

The SFS department needs a skilled technician to lead and support large corrective exchanges for wind turbine gear drive business. You will operate specialized lifting equipment to replace major turbine components across the United States.

Key responsibilities

Perform heavy rigging operations and mobilize lifting equipment for blade, gearbox, generator, drivetrain, and hub replacements.
Travel nationwide as required, comply with all safety regulations, and participate in on‑the‑job training with site personnel.

Required profile

Valid driver’s license with clean record, proof of insurance, and ability to obtain a CDL.
Physical fitness to climb towers over 300 ft, lift up to 50 lb, and work in extreme weather conditions.

Required skills

Heavy rigging experience.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical trades.
Climbing and rescue training for tower work.
