Landscaper – Golf Course & Residential Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to maintain and enhance the appearance of our golf course, club amenities, residential homes, and common areas. The role involves a variety of outdoor tasks, from routine mowing to seasonal planting, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain landscapes through weeding, lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, fertilizing, pruning, and raking.
• Install new plantings and seasonal color displays at residential and club locations.
• Water and care for new and existing plantings.
• Participate in leaf removal during dormant seasons.
• Apply chemicals and fertilizers safely and effectively.
• Operate hand tools and equipment such as push mowers, zero‑turn mowers, skid steers, tractors, and mini‑excavators.
• Keep work areas orderly, assist with special projects, and manage daily tool set‑up and closing.
• Report safety or maintenance issues promptly and attend department meetings.

Required profile

• Prior landscaping experience, preferably in residential or hospitality settings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles safely.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lb.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Operation of landscape machinery: push rotary mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, utility vehicles, riding mowers.
• Use of larger equipment: zero‑turn mowers, skid steers, tractors, mini‑excavators.
• Knowledge of proper chemical and fertilizer application.
• Basic horticultural or plant‑knowledge.
