Join Oregano's dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Manager, leading back‑of‑house operations and driving profitability in a high‑volume restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Control food costs and labor expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve overall restaurant goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Proven track record of meeting food cost and labor targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation procedures.
