Kitchen Agent – 2nd Shift (Edibles Production)

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a motivated Kitchen Agent for the second shift to support the production of cannabis‑infused edible products. You will work under the guidance of the Kitchen and Packaging Supervisors, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with the preparation, cooking, labeling, wrapping, and packaging of edibles using commercial machinery.
• Follow batch production orders and standard operating procedures to maintain potency and product consistency.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that could affect product quality or cause waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and comply with state regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm on the second shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve production efficiency.
