Key Account Manager – Hybrid (Boca Raton)

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with existing and new customers in the Boca Raton area. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with remote work, requiring two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including qualification and opportunity creation.
• Maintain accurate records of outbound activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Plan and execute prospecting campaigns, generating leads and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to share market insights and drive initiatives.
• Lead individual opportunities, coordinating subject‑matter experts, engineers, and consultants for solution implementation.
• Conduct discovery calls focused on fraud prevention, account recovery, financial crimes, credit decisions, and marketing solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating new B2B business sales.
• Ability to partner and collaborate across internal and external teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Boca Raton twice a week.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques.
