Key Account Manager – Central US

About the role

The Key Account Manager is the primary strategic interface between Bosch and its most high‑profile national accounts in the Central United States. You will act as the “voice of the customer,” driving profitable sales growth while aligning global supply‑chain operations and positioning Bosch as the preferred technology partner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable, profitable sales growth across large national accounts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve complex operational, pricing and logistical challenges.
• Establish and maintain long‑term strategic agreements with key customers.
• Coordinate internal functions and customer stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, managing scope, timing, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Align global supply‑chain processes to ensure seamless product delivery and service support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of sales or account‑management experience, including at least 3 years with large national automotive or aftermarket accounts.
• Demonstrated familiarity with complex global logistics, inventory planning and product life‑cycle management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent cross‑functional projects from concept to implementation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data modeling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience with SAP/ERP order‑management environments.
• Project‑management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.

What we offer

• Base salary range $105,000 – $120,000 per year.
