Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

The Sales Operations Analyst joins Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s Order-to-Cash team to streamline sales and customer‑service processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure data accuracy, contract compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and standardize Order‑to‑Cash processes that support sales and customer service goals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, IT, and Logistics to drive efficiency and manage incentive programs.
• Maintain and govern customer master data, contracts, and related documentation.
• Act as the SAP subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and support for accurate customer account information.
• Ensure contract requirements are up‑to‑date and fulfilled across all platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity.
