About the role
Atlas Technica is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to join its client‑focused support team. The role is a hybrid position based in Boston, working onsite at a high‑profile financial services customer and collaborating with senior engineers for rapid technical growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site IT support to end users, handling tickets, desktop, mobile and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Maintain documentation, follow strict change‑control procedures and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in desktop support, systems engineering or systems administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication, ability to travel locally and meet physical job requirements.
Required skills
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
- Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
- Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
